My CAREER PATHWAY WEB PORTAL

Have you visited the Career Pathways Web Portal? The Web Portal Career Pathways provides access to Labour Market Intelligence based tools for unemployed adults and those seeking new employment to explore potential new jobs based on their skills and to enter vocational education and training for skills updating.

There is a particular emphasis on green jobs. The portal identifies new additional skills needed and training opportunities for those new skills.

Target Group:

  • Adults and young people looking for better job opportunities 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓,
  • career guidance professionals 🧑‍💼;
  • policy-makers in the field of education and employment 🏛️.

You can take a guided tour of the web portal here.

WORKSHOPS AND MULTIPLIER EVENTS
Through a series of community events, multipliers events and hands-on workshops, the Erasmus+ project "Career Pathways" has been actively engaging communities across Portugal, Greece and Spain promoting vocational training, employment opportunities, and career guidance. These events brought together individuals looking for different employment paths and training opportunities, for upskilling or reskilling, and professionals from various sectors including education, and employment services to explore and discuss the  "My Career Pathways Web Portal".

The interactions focused on the potential uses of digital tools designed to navigate the labour market, enhancing skills identification, and providing actionable insights for career development. Participants, including vocational training teachers, employment agency staff, and sector experts, offered valuable feedback and expressed interest in integrating these tools into their practices, highlighting the project's impact on community engagement and professional development.
